Parsewise 2.0: an AI checkout assistant for e-commerce
An AI-powered checkout assistant that recovers abandoned carts, negotiates discounts within merchant-set policy and hands off to humans on exception — now live for Shopify and WooCommerce.

Parsewise started life as a product-matching bot for mid-market e-commerce stores. With 2.0 it grows up. The new AI checkout assistant does not just answer questions — it closes carts, offers the right discount at the right moment, and knows when to hand off to a human.
What the AI checkout assistant actually does
Three capabilities you could not do in 1.x. Real-time cart-recovery with conversational replays of the drop-off. A policy-safe discount engine that only unlocks what the store owner pre-approved. And a merchant-side playbook editor so non-technical staff can tune agent behaviour without waiting on engineering.

Early conversion numbers from the pilot
Across four pilot stores over six weeks, Parsewise 2.0 lifted checkout-to-purchase conversion by a median of 11% and recovered 22% of abandoned carts the old flow missed. One store ran a controlled A/B against a human chat team and matched their close rate at roughly 1/40th the cost.
“We stopped thinking of it as a chatbot the moment it saved a cart we would have written off.”
Rollout plan
Existing customers get 2.0 as a free upgrade this month. New stores can request access from the Parsewise site — we are gating to 50 new merchants through June to keep the learning loop tight.

· Parsewise®
They rebuilt our entire platform in 4 months. Performance improved 3×, and the codebase is finally something our team can maintain on their own.
· Wishboard®
From zero to 50k users in 6 months. The team handled everything — design, development, and launch marketing. We just focused on the product.
· RLC®
We needed 5 senior engineers fast. They embedded with our team, matched our coding standards, and shipped features alongside our full-timers.
· Blured®
The AI agent they built handles 70% of our support tickets. Response time dropped from hours to seconds.
